Cases in the Twelfth District Court of Appeals may be scheduled for oral argument before a three-judge panel.

Oral argument must be requested by a party; although the court, if it so desires, may require argument in any case. Arguments begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted. Cases not scheduled for oral argument are submitted to the court throughout the month.
